These are Stavros locals, Kimmi and Maria are their names, Butchery is their game. Seriously, these are locals with great strengths and what they don't know about a cut of meat isn't worth knowing.  If you're a vegetarian you may want to stay away however, it's not unusual to see a carcas or two hanging from the ceiling of their old-fashioned Butcher shop in the main street of Stavros, but i f you're a meat lover, as many in the world still are, then hang around as they slice, dice and dissect the beast you want to eat.  Kimmi and Maria are an institution in Stavros, one that everyone wants to be a part of.
