Efthimios

A writer, a poet, a great fisherman…

What else can be said about this Platrithia. Efthimios was born in Ag Sarantas, lives in Platrithia, but his pen travels the world. He's the north Ithacan Secretary for the Council who writes articles for fishing magazines and letters and proposals to the EU on behalf of the Ithacan community. Efthimnios is also North Ithacas finest Philosopher. His son Babbis, currently at University, follows in his fathers' footsteps in the fishing stakes and is highly regarded in that field. His daughter Ageliki, is still in High school and his wife Aleka, looks after them all.

Efthimios and his family are much liked and highly regarded in the community.
