Adamantina is another of the long standing Loahos locals. She has been a widow for quite a few years now, but has the company and support of all her neighbours. She works hard on her property making wine and tending her olive grove for olive oil.
Adamantina likes to cook with her friend Zaharate and occasionally makes time to sit and talk under the shade of the Vlassopoulos Carob Tree. She always has a smile and a 'hello' for everyone.
