Unification Parade 2019 - The Uniting of the Ionian with Greece. Ithaca Greece Festival

On this day the Ionian Island celebrate the Unification of this area with the rest of Greece with speeches and a parade. Young and old feel the pride.

A warm and sunny blue sky day greeted this Unification morning, making it such a pleasure to be out in Vathy Square taking part in the festivities for this rememberance day.
