Danae Kouvara is an Ithakisian/Athenian artist exhibiting her current work at the Stavros community rooms. The old doctor's offices have been beautifully converted into an ideal space for artists to showcase their work, bright and spacious with much natural light to highlight any works displayed here, but especially Danae's works, which are brilliantly coloured abstracts with a distinct urban Greek flavour. The usually ugly parts of a city or landscaped, made beautiful through her colourful representations.
Danae Kouvara exhibition goes from 23rd July to 10th August. Viewing times daily are 10.30am to 1.30pm and again 7.30pm to 10.30pm
