| By the time of the Platrithia Panighiri, most people are ready to confess that one more Panighiri after that, would do them in, but as they are such fun and such great opportunities to firstly, help the local communities, secondly to shed the blues and thirdly to enjoy the company of old and new friends, along with some wine and food of course, most wouldn't turn down the opportunity to participate in another, no matter how tired or partied out they were. As usual, the Platrithia Panighiri enticed people from all over the island to Limnes Square. This year there seemed to be even more people than anyone has ever seen for previous years, such is the popularity of this festival. |
