Sotiris is Ithakis biggest Panighiri, a 2 day festival that has locals coming from all corners of the island and the planet to attend. The 2008 Stavros Panighiri was a success regardless of the headcount. More does not always mean better. At a Panighiri it's the KEFI (Good Cheer) that makes the difference, and this Panighiri was brimming with it.
