Stavros Carnival Party - Saturday 25th February 2023

It's not often there's a big bash in Stavros in the north of Ithaca. There have been plenty of parties for the kids, but not so many for the adults. This year that all changed. Covid has been shaken off and fun is back on the menu for the 2023 Carnival Season. The Stavros Community Hall is usually lit up like an airstrip, but this year it was quite subdued with candescent lighting, leaving it a bit dark to catch everything in photos, but excellent for a brilliant moody night full of music and dancing.
