Unification Celebration Thursday 21st May 2021

The 2021 Unification ceremony was a very under attended affair with mostly officials commenorating the day the Ionian was unified with the rest of Greece

There was no formal parade with all the schools dressed in their black and whites, marching along the main street of Vathy.

As covid restrictions lift around Greece, hopefully we will be able to enjoy the cultural events we are all used to, more and more.
